Standard MOQ

Vintage Fabrics (MOV Requirement)
For vintage and archive textiles, we apply a Minimum Order Value (MOV) requirement to ensure fair allocation of rare stock.

Bulk Orders
Product pages display quantity break pricing, allowing you to benefit from tiered rates on larger orders.

Special Occasions
For selected events or collaborations, we offer smaller MOQ and minimum cuts, making it easier to access our fabrics for unique projects.

Local Regulations
Please consult your local tax authority or advisor before processing an order, as VAT/Tax requirements vary by region.

Import Duties & Settlement
VAT or import taxes may be applied once your shipment arrives in the destination country. In such cases, the courier will contact you directly to arrange settlement before releasing the parcel.

• Order Cancellation (Before Release)
  If cancellation occurs after order confirmation but before parcel release, 50% of the product value will be refunded.
  Note: Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  
• Order Cancellation (After Release)
  If cancellation occurs after the parcel has been released, no refund will be issued — including cases where clearance is ignored or the parcel is returned.
  
• Logistics Rearrangement
  Should delivery require rearrangement, any additional logistics costs must be settled before shipment is re‑dispatched.
  
• Returns
  Returns are not accepted once goods have arrived, unless the product is proven to be damaged upon delivery with supporting.

Optional QC Photos
Customers are welcome to request QC photos prior to shipment. This allows you to review the fabrics before dispatch. (3-5picture can be provided)

Default Assumption
If QC photos are not requested, we will assume that you trust our quality control process and accept that the goods are verified as undamaged before shipping.
