Store pickup

  • Order can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 12am - 6pm. An email/whatsapp will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Mainland / Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau Shipping

  • Order are generally shipped within 3-5 working days(Monday - Friday) using SF Express for <5kg parcel. SF Express's delivery standard is 2-7 days.  The shipping fee will according to the SF Express. Customer are responsible for the order shipping cost. For orders exceeding 5kg to mainland, tailored logistics arrangements will be provided after consultation
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email/message with real-time tracking information.

International Shipping

  • Order are generally shipped within 3-5 working days(Monday-Friday) using UPS.  UPS's delivery standard is 5-14days. The shipping fee will according to the UPS. Customer are responsible for the order shipping cost. All prices on our platform are shown exclusive of VAT.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
